• Kept payouts correct under payday deadlines — cross-platform double-payment dedup, a retroactive 2× bonus on an already-invoiced month, and audit scripts proving each fix against production
• Restored reach to 68,900 students who were wrongly suppressed, with a CDC-driven audience engine (Cloudflare cron → Sequin → Loops) — and stopped a cost-cutting plan that would have re-subscribed people who had opted out

Enterprise payments: IBG, collections and UPI

A summer inside one of Asia's largest banks, rotating through corporate banking, transaction banking and digital payments in India.

• Evaluated IBG transfers, DBS MAX, EPFO statutory collections and UPI end to end on the bank's internal platforms, from how a corporate client initiates a payment to how it settles and reconciles
• Compared batch transfers, statutory collections and real-time UPI on speed, cost, failure handling and the operational work each one creates

Sales data pipelines, ML and Power BI reporting

An analytics and IT internship building the data layer behind Philips' internal sales reporting end to end: Python, pandas and SQL pipelines, classification models on top, and the Power BI dashboards the business reported from.
